we may find today to be a bit tough as we navigate the space in between where we are and where we want to be. it’s worth it to note that each and every version of ourselves is valuable and purposeful. there is no use in expending energy going down the rabbit hole that is should’ve, could’ve, would’ve thinking. we are here now. we made it somehow, and we have our past selves to thank for carrying us here!
we are all here learning and experiencing; bumping into each other, playing out scenarios and stories. the very best we can do is to acknowledge the value in every self, every event, and every connection. we’ve already survived our worst days! as we ponder this we may find new connections budding or sprouting in our lives. it’s okay to make room.
the future is not full of terrors; it doesn’t even exist! there is joy in every phase of a garden, not just in the height of the trees and the plumpness of the fruit. we can enjoy every phase, and we should.
