sunny days forecasted all in a row

makes temporary overcast feel like a permanent shadow

“when will things get better,” missing out on the present to be in the know

outcasted in delusion, suffering dissolution

failing to see self as a part of solution

then the sun peeks through the clouds, the start of your disillusion

eyes opening up, vision being attunement

getting buried media for sake of amusement

once again distracted, stalling out on accomplishment

a lack of intention causing misalignment

the point is to overcome

step to your own drum

and never see growth as something that’s one and done
